大阪府内の住宅地（鶴見区、城東区、都島区）で３月中旬以降、シカの目撃情報が相次いでいます。

つのを切られた様子や人馴れしている事から、30キロ離れた奈良公園からやってきたと思われます。
The deer spotted in Osaka is small but has antlers. Experts say the deer may have come from Nara Park, which is known for its free-roaming deer.

専門家はダニの感染症の可能性もあるので触らないようにと警告。
The expert says deer may attack with their antlers and can carry ticks, which pose a risk of infectious diseases.

城東区の警察の敷地に入ってきたところを餌でおびきよせて捕獲に成功。動物管理センターに一時保護されました。
It was found in the grounds of a police facility in Joto Ward on Wednesday. City officials and police lured the animal into a cage with bait. The city says the deer is in temporary custody at an animal control center.

奈良は「県境をまたいでの放獣は受け入れられない」とのことでしたが、大阪府北部能勢町の宿泊施設「能勢温泉」が受け入れ先に決まりました。
Nose Onsen, a hot spring accommodation facility in Nose Town has taken in a deer.

命名『シカやん』。奈良県知事も命名式に参加をして、 「能勢温泉」 にシカセンベイとネームプレートを贈りました。
The deer was named “Shikayan.” “Shika” means deer, and “yan” is an honorific commonly used in Osaka.

Nara Governor Makoto Yamashita and Osaka Governor Hirofumi Yoshimura attended the naming ceremony. Yamashita presented Nose Onsen with deer crackers and a wooden nameplate. During the ceremony, the two governors fed the crackers to Shikayan
